Monday/Wednesday/Thursday @ 10:15am
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday @ 7:00pm
Saturday @ 7:00 am always FREE

Classes are 45 Minutes to an Hour
MEMBERSHIPS:Month to Month Unlimited $110

*Auto withdraw is required to come out of a bank account or credit card on the 1st of each month.
*No contracts to cancel just send an email with 7 days of month ending to stop payment.
