Free Class

1st Class is also Free for anyone that is new to CrossFit. You MUST contact us by Thursday evening to reserve your spot for the 9am class on Saturday or there will not be anyone available to run the intro class for you.

When you attend our free class you will be able to get a better understanding of what we offer at Crossfit Bellator and what Crossfit really is all about. We will discuss your level of fitness, expectations of what you want to get out of Crossfit, and your experience level. Crossfit is for absolutely everyone, some have a previous injuries, 14 years old or 85 years old, or never have stepped inside a gym in your life, everyone can Crossfit. We will scale all movements and exercises to your capabilities.  Within this 45 minute class we will go over the fuctional movements that Crossfit involves and you will get to experence your first Crossfit workout.

1st day seems so simple, so you might as well come test your fitness.
Warm-Up

Strength: Deadlifts Empty Bar
10-15 Minutes

WOD:Crossfit Intro
500m Row
40 Air Squats
30 Sit Ups
20 Push ups
10 Pull ups/Ring Rows
