7 minute AMRAP (As many reps as possible)

1-1,2-2,3-3,4-4,….
Air Squats
Push Ups

3,2,1 Go!
Complete 1 Air squat and 1 Push up then 2 Air squats and 2 push ups continue to increase reps until the time cap of 7 mins is reached.
